This policy explains what we collect when you use Fluffiko storefronts, waitlists, contact forms, checkout, and ops tools.

1. Data we collect

• Contact and waitlist emails, names, and related product interest
• Checkout and payment metadata via Stripe (not full card numbers)
• Operational data entered in the Fluffiko ops dashboard
• Optional Instagram session credentials configured as environment secrets for scout (never collected from shoppers' browsers)

2. How we use data

To run demos, respond to demo requests, notify waitlist joiners, fulfill orders, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors

Typical processors when you go live: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and print partners such as Printify for fulfillment. Each has their own privacy terms.

4. Retention

Demo and waitlist records may be reset in evaluation environments. Production deployments should retain order and tax records as required by law; waitlist contacts are typically kept up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Your rights

Depending on your region you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact fluffiko.studio+privacy@gmail.com.

6. Children

Fluffiko is not directed at children under 16.
