Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Fluffiko websites, demos, and ops tools. By using the service you agree to them.

1. What Fluffiko provides

Fluffiko offers creator merchandising operations: scout tooling, deal workflows, branded storefronts, and (when configured) checkout and fulfillment coordination with print partners.

2. Demos and beta features

Preview storefronts and sandbox features are provided for evaluation. Demo metrics are illustrative and not guarantees of revenue. Features may change during beta.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding admin tokens and API credentials. Do not share production secrets. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity of the platform.

4. Payments

When Stripe Checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under their terms. Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase or in your creator deal.

5. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their original characters and art, subject to licenses granted in the Creator Agreement. Fluffiko retains rights to its software, branding, and non-creator materials.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluffiko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of demos or partner fulfillment delays. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Fluffiko in the prior three months.
